The inclusive, security employees need to be at least one armed, feminist guard, with ten years experience in actual law enforcement per ten people on public transportation in D.C. Metro. D.C. Metro, to me, means within a 5,000 mile radius from the center of the White House. There will need to be checked hourly (physically, via K-9 bomb squad guard, not just electronically), with watchlogs and secured 24/7, 365 days of the year.

Every square inch of the public transportation terminals, stations, trains, buses and bus stops will need to be included. All aerial, elevators, staircases, escalators and rooftop locations have to be physically secured 24/7, 365 days of the year. Windows need to be removed and replaced with bomb-proof cement walls with steel-plating. There has to be updated transit parking lot/garage security with 24/7, 365 days per year of bomb squad K-9 units.
