The U.S. Supreme Court will need to determine if the policy for U.S. Marshals' cellphone tracking endangers the general public's freedom of speech. The cellphone tracking records have to also be reviewed, by the U.S. Supreme Court's Chief Justice Ginsburg, to ensure that the Privacy Act and HIPAA are not violated.
