For the native/long-term residents in the South Carolinian, African-American community, it's best to get all African-American, feminist, female, U.S. Marshals, from poor, to sign up the females over age eighteen, for free, safe gun ownership literacy workshops. The N.R.A. will hopefully fundraise to sponsor the annual salaries of 50,000 new, female, African-American police officers and 25,000 female, African-American, U.S. Marshals from the state of South Carolina.
