The Kmart and Sears places need to compete with Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowe's unfortunately. The furnishings, household accessories, appliances and electronics sections must become more Millenial-friendly, more "green." The styles are less Millennial, less ethnic in the clothing section. Fair-wage electronics, with recycled packaging can definitely happen from China.

I think Kmart should have a more organic textiles, personal care, household cleaning market. How come they don't carry reusable, organic, personal care and baby care products? The Kmart and Sears that I love is the one that hires elderly Muslims, GLBT, disabled veterans, Downie's Syndrome adults, and minorities. They should have fair-wages, and humane working conditions there.

***Instead of Martha Stewart Living, which I actually like, why not market the top fashion designers from Pac Sun, Rip Curl, Volcom, Quik Silver, Diesel, Victoria's Secret, and all the surfer brands? It's time to switch all clothing, fashion accessories over to that demographic.***

***Lush, Ulta and Sephora can also happen inside Kmart.***
