DEEP IN MY HEART, I KNOW IT'S BETTER TO JUST CHOOSE A CHESAPEAKE BAY, WHOLE CRAB BOIL, WITH A TON OF FRESH LEMON SLICES, AND THE REAL SEASONING, OLD BAY SEASONING. THE GREEN CRABS OF MAINE WILL NEVER BE THE REAL CRABS. THEY'RE ALL SUPPOSED TO BE BRIGHT BLUE, AND ALIVE, BEFORE BOILING THEM TO A FIRE-ENGINE, RED COLOR.
