To All Pregnant, Homeless, Latchkey Orphans, Battered Women, Ms., Lilith Feminist Magazine Executives:
Please petition each governor to host a free infant, feminist, shoe contest of decoupaged comic strips at all WIC offices for the impoverished children. They should get a free recreational center pass for the year, just for participation in it.
