Until all L1 Visa holders are background checked for twenty years, and legitimately drug-tested every single month, the trade agreements will need to be revised by all labor unions in the U.S. The nurses (R.N.'s) are especially vulnerable due to their industry's predominate female, impoverished, battered, minority, single mother demographic. The fair wage, humane working conditions must be created for this particular demographic.

The trade agreements have to promote their rights to equal pay, weekends, evenings, all holidays with overtime pay (time and a half, for those making under $65,000/year in Denver's cost-of-living), zero deductible, health benefits, with zero co-pay for doctor's appointments, zero co-insurance fees, GLBT spouse coverage, and comprehensive, psychological counseling.
