The "Americanized," or American-born, South Vietnamese and Chinese community have an ISIL jihadist epidemic. Chalking it up to "marginalization" is easier for the media. They're always ready to blame victims, and side with the ISIL jihadists, because of inherent racism to the refugee communities. There's also a spiritual void that causes people to need ISIL-supporting infamy. For the safety of all the refugees though, the media has to be brought in and given background checks.
***By the way, when I see the bitcoin ads for "soaps" by drug cartels, I know that ISIL has joined with the MS-13 "banks" already. They're extremely adept at developing alliances. This quicker, fast growth approach has become their downfall also. Please make sure to find bilingual, South Vietnamese-American D.E.A.
