The waste manure must be directed into septic fields and water treatment facilities which are completely enclosed septic tanks, with natural enzymes to breakdown all the manure. There needs to be alternative farms with other animals, such as USDA Organic meat rabbits, USDA Organic alligators bordering the residential properties (for 10 miles).
