Subtitled: On Why I Always Had To Be So Uncool, And Embarrassing By Admitting I Actually Liked "Hootie and the Blowfish" While At Community College On My Stigmatized, U.S. Navy Enlisted College Fund:

As a feminist, I'm hoping we don't cut back on women's healthcare funding, however I prefer a larger ratio to go towards the female, minority law enforcement than current levels. As women are at higher risk of being victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, I think it's more critical to prevent that by at least quadrupling the current amount of feminist, minority law enforcement. ***Plus, I feel compelled to point out that Jeb Bush has enormous privileges in our country, from wealth, fame, all on the hardworking backs of both Laura and Barbara Bush.***
It seems more practical for them to be alive, and safely getting a STEM-focused, bilingual (Spanish, English), year-round education, even in the lowest, socioeconomic classes. Since I was quite poor growing up, I was fortunate for the libraries, public schools, public transportation, free, Bible tutoring for my public speaking challenges, volunteering opportunities, and all those teenaged, part-time jobs.
If you're working a lot, you really can't get into too much trouble as a teenager. Mopping floors at a fast-food/pet food place even lowers teen pregnancy rates, because you're not considered cool enough for any teenaged dates. It's similar to those B.C./birth control eyeglasses from bootcamp, which are truly unfashionable.
It certainly doesn't seem glamorous, but why not be alive despite the high crime rates in all metropolitan cities, first of all? Politicians would ideally put that first, then try to get corporations to sponsor more Head Start, year-round programs. The benefits of promoting a strong literacy, musical, and physical education curriculum in those circumstances can be the reason for the poorest, ESL, primary school-aged students to later become an Advanced Placement one later on in high school.
***Without a strong musical education from K-6th grades, when there's more neural plasticity, those valuable neural pathways can't form in children's brains for high-level, GT/Advanced Placement academic subjects and a developed gift for foreign, tonal languages***
Even despite entering Kindergarten, without preschool/Head Start, and not comprehending any English, I was able to climb out of ESL classes, although I admit, it was extremely difficult the three years from K-2nd grades. At age seven, I found a love for reading from an illustrated, children's Bible, which was a turning point for me, psychologically and academically. To have emotional resiliency, you first need faith, humility, optimism, healthy self-esteem, to believe in a greater good (e.g. realizing that suffering builds character), and have a peaceful acceptance for what stands in your way to success.
