Panama City, FL Synonymous With Gang-Rape Phrase:

Beyond the BP oil spill's long-term effects on this already economically-depressed area, there are many in Panama City, Florida who are illiterate, homeless, battered, repeatedly trafficked, impoverished, teen mothers and disabled, elderly grandmothers.

I spoke with many of these people while visiting there, and was shocked at the way business merchants and law enforcement catered to the gang-raping, Caucasian, male, university-aged (18 to 35), "Spring breakers." If you ever visit there, bring a large group of safe adult friends along, because pretending to be invisible/a non-English speaker isn't good enough, for self-defense purposes.
