To Christian Feminists At N.A.A.C.P., & A.C.L.U.: St.Paul's Episcopal Church In Lakewood, Colorado Needs More Security Cameras:l

There's a Caucasian man, short, straight brown hair, tanned, wearing stretch, form-fitting jeans, twenties, shirtless, lean, 5'10, and 170 pounds who has been preying upon Hispanic-American mothers in broad daylight, near St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Last week, I saw him twice and once he was stealing a large, black bag from a yard sale. I don't understand why he commonly likes to prey on minority, females in my vicinity. He should not be allowed in the church's parking lot, or building, for safety reasons.
