There's a great German meatloaf seasoning kit at World Market. It would be good with extra-lean, organic, ground yak meat or organic, extra-lean, ground bison/buffalo meat. Mix finely-minced fresh, organic shallots and fresh, organic, finely-minced baby bella mushrooms into it. Use 4 fresh shallots per pound of meat. Also, use 4 cups of washed, finely-minced, baby bella mushrooms per pound of meat. Add a tsp of liquid smoke seasoning per pound of meat.
