Heroin, LSD Addicts Who Were Also Cannibals

I think it's best if we can afford more drug testing for heroin then. I thought it was mostly LSD, peyote, angel dust, meth, crack, Ketamine, mescalline, hallucinogenic mushrooms that could cause that type of behavior. I wonder if it's mostly drug-induced psychosis, or antisocial personality disorder in those two cannibalistic, drug addicts.
