Recipe Ingredients : Saigon Latkes, Hushpuppies

-Shredded green papaya, organic
-Eggs, organic, free-range
-Brown jasmine rice flour, organic
-Shredded spaghetti squash, organic
-South Vietnamese cinnamon bark, organic, freshly ground
-South Vietnamese coriander pods, organic,  freshly ground

Serve with heated Creme Anglaise, and hot, thinly-sliced, red mini-bananas.
