We need to humanely capture at least 95% of Ramadi's adult, male, terrorists for retinal scanning and interrogations, by the end of the month. Please order 100,000 tranquilizer-darting, satellite, intelligence-gathering, helicopter drones to capture the Ramadi ISIL terrorists. In order to win this battle, we need to secure these drones from federal funds, and federal fundraising events.
