DIARY ENTRY: A WORLD WITHOUT SALT IN THE FOOD PANTRY:

Just in case, I should switch to only "no salt added" in my food pantry. For the freezer, skinless, chicken breasts or salmon fillets that I cook in only water or "sodium-free" seasonings. I can eliminate all fried foods and only eat baked, steamed or sauteed without any cooking oil. Maybe I can let go of oil or salt in the boiling water for pasta noodles.
