"Spam" Meatloaf Baguettes Recipe

What to do with the donated spam to the food banks, pregnant teens, or battered women's shelters? Even if it's just spam, consider making a Hawaiian pizza with it instead of ham.

Add pineapple tidbits (in natural juices, no high fructose corn syrup or added sugars), de-seeded red bell peppers, cubed into 1/4-inch pieces, part-skim, pasteurized, shredded mozzarella cheese, reduced-sodium pasta sauce and a whole-wheat rising crust.

Or use french bread rolls, for the pizza crust. Add pureed, organic carrots to the pasta sauce to add beta carotene and bring down the acidity. Store-bought pasta sauce usually needs extra garlic powder, onion powder, Italian oregano, sweet basil leaves and French thyme. Some people like to add chopped, de-pitted black olives or kalamata olives to it also.

If possible, bake a fresh batch of French bread baguettes to turn it into sandwiches.  Use a 75% organic, sprouted quinoa seed flour, plus 25% organic amaranth seed flour for extra protein and iron. This is especially important for pregnant teens, high altitude, those struggling with anemia, malnourished children, and battered women. Add as much organic, dark chia seeds to the bread dough as possible for omega fatty acids.

It can be turned into children's snacks or cut up as hors d'oeuvres/mini-meatloaf sandwiches at the soup kitchens, battered/homeless shelters also.

Here's a quick recipe for spam meatloaf baguette sandwiches:

Oven-roast the donated 24 cups of spam into a meatloaf with the following ingredients (pureed together first):

12 - 14 cups: organic, heritage chicken livers

12 cups: cleaned/scrubbed in water, organic, white button mushrooms (adds vitamin D, reduces excess sodium & cholesterol from the spam also)

4 cups: organic, sweet Maui/Vidalia onions

3 cups: coarsely-ground, organic black pepper

4 - 5 large, organic eggs, beaten up

4 cups of fresh, organic egg whites

2 - 4 cups of organic, sprouted quinoa flour & organic amaranth flour-based breadcrumbs

Add a thick layer into the sandwich of:

-50/50 ratio: fresh, washed, organic watercress leaves & fresh, washed, organic cilantro leaves, stems removed (both chopped into 1/2-inch pieces)

-Peeled, organic, finely and horizontally-sliced English cucumbers

-Peeled, finely-shredded, organic carrots

-Drizzle the veggie side of the baguette with garlic-infused, extra-virgin olive oil, and Italian herbed balsamic vinegar.
