Pureed, oven-roasted, organic, unsalted chestnuts with melted, rice bran oil butter substitute.
4 cups of pureed, oven-roasted, shelled, organic chestnuts
4 cups of melted, rice bran oil butter substitute
1 cup of garlic paste, organic (oven-roasted prior to puree)
4 tsp sea salt, finely-ground
1 cup organic rosemary, dried, coarsely-ground
For serving with freshly-baked, or a warmed up sourdough bread baguette.
