Shouldn't we get federal funding for a juvenile hall, prison and military prison rap contest right here in our state, for our female, and GLBT, Arabic, Farsi and Bantu-speaking community? For the ex-convicted, it could be hosted at Naropa University & CU Boulder. Couldn't we offer free Harley Davidson motorcycles and RV's to them as prizes? It could be a regularly held, once a week drawing, called "rap for rides." For the Muslim-born/converts, who are homeless, molested, former child slaves, they could live in their RV's instead of on the streets.

I think we need to also host a tattoo artwork and graffiti artwork convention there, so we can divert the female, and GLBT orphans and latchkey children towards the bilingual, Muslim, female vice cops, instead of having them in that cycle of going in and out of the prison systems. Can't they get funding for a 20,000 bed (female, and GLBT friendly) youth hostel for this in Boulder County? They could "rap for rent" once per week, and the female, GLBT, Muslim, bilingual vice cops could be the rap contest judges.

There needs to be federally-funded, weekly, halal "luau" raves with Middle Eastern, electronica-grime bellydancing, whole lamb and goat roast feasts for this, with the vice cops. Let's get our Red Crescent, Amnesty International-assigned Guantanamo Bay prisoners to write the federal funding requests, for each state, with the help of Leavenworth and San Quentin prisoners who are Muslim and bilingual.
