To F.B.I., D.E.A. S.O.D., & C.I.A.: Another Neighborhood Incident That Requires Re-Investigation

In my childhood neighborhood, across the street, there was a Caucasian man, who held his infant at gunpoint, barracading himself in the home, after abusing his baby's biological mother/wife/ex. There were helicopters again, and police were on loudspeakers trying to negotiate for the baby's life. I came home as a teenager, from work and saw it. I truly believe he has escaped from a corrupt legal and prison system. I hope that he can be found and put back into prison, Dam Neck, Virginians. As U.S. troops deploy in the world, he must be held onto, in prison, for a lifetime. He could get loose and become a terrorist. I suspect him and all his people as accomplices in cases such as these ones:
