Paracetic Acid Used Less In Small, Poultry Processing Plants

I wonder about those mobile, and smaller poultry processing facilities now. I hope they can use paracetic acid for cleaning, and invest in a small compost oven at the small farms. I think it's best to require backyard chicken coops with Bird Flu preventative netting and housing.
