Vietnamese Rare Bird Photographer Needs Free Mobile RV Art Gallery In D.C.

Can the outside of that D.C. mobile, RV, art gallery be designed and painted by Ed Hardy? It could raise awareness, treatments and vaccinations for antibiotic-resistant TB, SARS and bird flu global threats. I wonder if his photographs of rare Vietnamese birds can be turned into surf board artwork, autographed by him also? That would be more casual, and match the exterior. Many boys aren't interested in supporting the arts, because it's uncomfortable for them to dress up. What if they could see an art gallery in flip-flops, jeans and tee shirts?
