Updated: To N.C.I.S., D.E.A. S.O.D., F.B.I., & C.I.A.: Racketeering Criminals In Las Vegas, Nevada (Hate Crimes Against U.S. Army Rangers)

There were racketeering criminals who preyed upon Todd Beliles in Las Vegas, Nevada. They took fifteen thousand, U.S. dollars from him, after using unknown substances around him, his beverages and food. He is the brother of West Point, U.S. Army Ranger Captain Greg Beliles, Chase Bank President from Jacksonville, Florida. I fear those racketeering criminals have large quantities of scopolamine, and other mind control drugs around U.S. Army Rangers, their colleagues, family members, and friends.

Those criminally stalking, abusive, individuals who preyed upon Todd Beliles, including a convicted statutory rapist, Columbine High School shooter's cousin, and his exes need to be turned over to N.C.I.S. interrogators, along with his former housemate/a supposed bartender, named "Sayyid," and that African-traveling & Middle East-traveling, Caucasian man, who had two storage units filled with" tools" that he kept secret from his own wife. He emailed, and came over to buy yard tools, household items from Todd. Please ask Todd about him.
