If the male suspect were unable to leave the female alone, I would hope that he would be humanely arrested. The Taser isn't equivalent to a tranquilizer smart-dart drone with ten settings based on the sizes of suspects. I hope that Orlando, feminist officers receive 500,000 new tranquilizer drone weaponry and drone helicopters to safely detain potential nuclear dirty bombing terrorists, race riots, ethnic gang wars, etc. This would be safer for both sides.

***Remember, even I can't visually tell if someone's Viet Cong, or not. Not many people can. And you can't tell based on accents, as many people who have university degrees from South Vietnam may have a North Vietnamese accent.***
