Pinot Noir, Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin

http://www.wine-searcher.com/regions-gevrey-chambertin

The Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin, at approximately $55/bottle should be paired with the fundraiser meal (pinot noir-braised beef short ribs).  Select one at $25/bottle with an alcohol content below 14% from an organic, small pinot noir vineyard, family-owned, by a Mexican-American grandmother, for marinating the beef.

Pinot noir for drinking, braising or marinating the beef should contain less than 14% alcohol. The grapes shouldn't be overripe at harvest, leading to a higher alcohol content, since it ruins the flavor of the food.  Have another feminist fundraiser in the state of California, Napa Valley with the same live UFC entertainment for the pregnant preteens.

Since I don't know much about wines, ask the catering company, which should be a small business, owned and run by a Mexican-American grandmother, to plan out the entire fundraiser, in both California & Colorado.  Since those two states are infamous for oppressing the poor Mexican-American women, infants, preteens, teens, small children, and elderly, this seems most appropriate.
