While in San Diego, on base, at "A" school, especially in the first month of classes, there were also large, young, Caucasian, male, U.S. Marines near my building. I saw them (at least four men) in the dark, at night, carrying some large items, in their hands, without any coverings/bags. One of the little children, a teenaged, male, sailor at my "A" school said it was a bunch of those sex toys for the parties the Marines frequently had. Some of the items they were carrying included a few, gigantic, phallic-shaped devices, over two feet high.

I think they were the same ones who brutally assaulted some of the young, small, teenaged sailors on the weekends. Some of the sailors regularly came back to the barracks crying, limping, bruised, with black eyes, and bleeding from their faces. They said it was from these groups of young, Caucasian, male, U.S. Marines. Some had to be carried by other shipmates back to base.
