The incident involving the WERNER tractor trailer truck happened at East County Line Road/South Park in Highlands Ranch. The driver was in the left lane, and turned left at the main intersection, near South Park/East County Line Road before (towards) the Waffle House.
He hit his brakes, almost stopping completely, five times, around the Harley Davidson Motorcycle dealership on the left side of the road. There is a five percenter gang also, that was started by radical, African-American terrorists.
