Northern Virginia Bird Club: $12/year for families

I wonder if they can visit Northern Virginia schools with bilingual speakers in Mexican Spanish though. Also, it would be excellent to have them visit the ESL students once a month, to teach them about attracting wild birds that naturally feed on Japanese beetles, the latter of which threaten our national forests.
