To F.B.I., N.C.I.S, & D.E.A.: Symptoms That Seemed Like Dirty Bombmaking Cancers

Phyllis Whitmore met the wealthy, Middle Eastern, Muslim man in a D.C. club, with her female friend. She called him "Sonnie," or "Sunni." She pronounced his name, "sunny." That's what she claimed it was, but it may have been a nickname for the type of extremist, or radical, Sunni Muslim terrorist group that he was recruiting her and her friends into, since she was attracted to both Black Panther radicals, crack, and extreme violence.

She had a growth on the back of her neck, like Nathan's lipoma (benign, fatty cell) tumor. It was the size of a quarter of a golf ball, and seemed to be moveable, according to herself. I saw it but never checked if it was moveable myself. I told her to see a doctor, abd get it examined, but she was very angry about that suggestion.

I don't know if it was cancer, a lipoma, or a fluid-filled/other type of benign cyst. She claimed she was bipolar to Linda, after they had a series of disagreements. Linda claimed to me that Phyllis was poisoning her. Phyllis and her were close and both were abusive towards me at that time.

He was in extreme pain, from his back discs. I thought it was from what Chief Delmonte had, liposuction with a full tummy tuck. There was a lot of plastic surgery that people were getting for free from Navy plastic surgeons. Patricia Moreno had facial work, a nose job, and ears redone.

Gina Blackstadt had facial work, a face lift, maybe more. My N1 officer, a divorcing, female, Chinese-American mother, that was responsible for witnessing urine drug-testing for N6/us, came back from maternity leave, extended for a few months in California, with an extremely different body and face than before. Later, she was dating another Lieutenant, a Caucasian male, from N1.***
