Article 5, NATO Violation Misinterpreted In Boston Marathon Bombing

http://m.bbc.com/news/world-europe-31503859

NATO doesn't consider the Boston Marathon Bombing a violation of Article 5, in its treaty. That alone is due to the U.S.'s mishandling of the ISIL terrorists, as only domestic terrorists, despite their overseas radicalization, funding, and jihadist training.

The alleged death of ISIL's commander, "Omar the Chechen" last November is, unfortunately, false, however, he may have been ordered killed by Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen leader, whose own paramilitary must also be audited for prison torture, mass genocide, serial pedophilia, gang raping adult, male prisoners, and financial ties to ISIL.
