Ohio Serial Rapist, Dr. Edwards: Five Years Imprisonment For Mistaken Identity Victim

The state of Ohio should definitely pay the previously, yet, falsely imprisoned, African-American victim twenty-five million U.S. dollars. He was severely beaten, and knifed. The ones who did that need to be re-investigated by the N.A.A.C.P. The serial rapist may also have stalked him, then altered his appearance on purpose, to look like him. I wonder if they went to similar places, e.g. had the same barber, or coffeeshop, or something. I wonder if the state of Ohio arranged for the mistaken identity victim to receive free plastic surgery, and helped him relocate, under a new name and social security number.
