Recipe: Creme de Abacate com Sorvete

Cream of Avocado with Ice Cream:

Blend together and serve over aberem, or substitute with hot corn bread (made with cream of corn, cooked in a cast-iron skillet):

8 organic key limes, rolled, juices only

5 cups organic, vanilla gelato, ultrapasteurized

12 large, organic, avocados, soft, ripe, peeled, de-seeded

4 TBL organic stevia powder
