Regarding Chief Justice Ruth Ginsburg

80% of Montana, Hamid Karzai, and the Cambodian King seem to be under the control of mind control substances, and terrorist regimes/militias. It's the terrorists and drug cartels, who are intent upon slipping those substances to Chief Justices, as happened recently to Chief Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, at the SOTU speech. It seems like the collapse of the Roman Empire, with all these steroidal, Brutus serial rapists, pedophiles within our own military, and law enforcement now.
