I wonder if we can get an organic, grass-fed only, pasteurized, Mexican cheese festival for the low-income housing communities, public schools every month? That way, the Mexican-American owned, artisan, handcrafted, organic, pasteurized cheese shops, grass-fed only dairies could help the children fundraise for healthier school breakfasts, lunches, snacks at year-round, bilingual, ESL/challenged-inclusive, I.B. public schools.
