A MONTH OF ROCK-CLIMBING, BOULDERING, YOGA, SWIMMING, BALLROOM DANCING, CANADIAN DUCK-PIN BOWLING, SAILING, ARTS, HIKING, ARCHERY, FISHING AND GOLFING NEED TO BE MIXED IN EVERY THREE MONTHS FOR THE CHILDREN'S ATHLETICS PROGRAMS. THIS PREVENTS BURNOUT AND REPETITIVE SPORTS INJURIES.
