Egyptian Cheese Fondue With White Bean Fritters

Ingredients:

Fondue:

Egyptian Gebna soft cheese

Egyptian Labna semi-soft cheese in olive oil, with Grains of Paradise

African chardonnay

Buttermilk

Masai yogurt

Goat triple-cream brie, rinds removed after melting in cubes

Side dishes:

Teff-floured, white bean fritters (Akara)

Buttermilk injera bread

Goat chitterlings, cut into three inch segments, cleaned/scrubbed five times, in a key lime and saltwater solution. Marinate the three inch sections for a day in buttermilk, refrigerated, then, dip them into a curry-seasoned, ostrich eggwash. Next, roll the little goat chitterling balls, and coat them well with yam flour, seasoned with dried, red Ata (spicy chili pepper) powder, saffron and dried coriander powder. Deep fry them in palm oil.

Okra, fresh, cleaned, each cut into four sections, along with Waterblommetjie, dipped into ostrich eggwash, and then coated in Ras Al-Hanout spiced, Calabaza flour, seasoned with toasted, ground cumin seeds, ground ginger, and ground coriander powder. Deep fry the okra and waterblommetjie crispy.

Hearts of palm salad, with fresh nartjie and palm oil citrus dressing

Main dishes:

Roasted guinea hens, marinated in Van der Hum, and fresh, Nartjie juice for a day, refrigerated. Stuff the inside with minced garlic, dried, organic rose petals, and season under the skins with a melted, ghee butter, fresh, nartjie juice, sea salt, rose oil, dried Ata pepper powder and saffron powder. Wrap them in banana leaves, and braise them in a canari/terra cotta cooking pot over low heat.

We need to organize an MMA Law Enforcement Fundraiser between Colorado military veterans and New York Democrats also. I'm hoping the veterans are able to win. The tickets can sell as long as we include an organic, eco-friendly, Four Seasons international tapas/h'ors d'oeuvres menu, with French champagne (Dom Perignon), not a standard barbecue one.

Hillary Clinton Is A True Children's Advocate In The Middle East & U.S.

When I see how the UK has their own queen, I feel warm in my heart, knowing that our own version in the U.S. is more accessible, a children's legal advocate and a healthcare-experienced politician with a backbone for women's equality. The former First Lady is also a former First Mum, with regal bearings.

For many disadvantaged, impoverished, and disenfranchised, enlisted, U.S. military spouses, including GLBT, this is an inspiration. Hillary Clinton, the first, feminist Secretary of State, a former New York Senator, has truly imparted lasting change, and blazed the way for many of Denver's feminist attorneys.

Although Denver has a higher, national ratio of female to male attorneys, it also has a challenging, uphill battle regarding racial, socioeconomic, GLBT, and feminist employment equality issues. The challenge is in its financial allocations to feminist, U.S. military, veterans' healthcare, law enforcement recruitment, retention, and oversight.

Despite Benghazi's tragedies, former New York Senator and former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has been the driving force behind her husband's accomplishments in balancing the U.S. economy's budget. She left a legacy already as an engaged, economically budget-focused, former First Lady, which the GOP immediately overspent on Enron, Halliburton and other corrupt, international security scandals.

The fact is, Benghazi and 9/11 were fueled by the Bush Administrations' continual supplies for weaponry and funding to Al-Qaeda in Libya, the Middle East, and their lack of CIA oversight there. The GOP has effectively lost touch with the Middle Eastern, girls' literacy struggles which grows as a result of Al-Qaeda, and ISIL's oppressive culture of sexual molestation, for human trafficking profits.

To support the Republican platform of escalating severe domestic violence, date rape, pedophilia, marital rapists, which are all not "family values," will lead to a higher rate of Middle Eastern girls being killed in a brutal genocide by AQAP, and ISIL terrorists. This, in turn, leads to more 9/11 tragedies as radical terrorists are able to threaten our own troops and veterans, even in our homeland.

Christmas Financial Budgeting

I've read two excellent beginner's books on car maintenance and truly believe I should invest in Auto Maintenance classes. Beyond the Christmas draw, where everybody picks a name out in the family, at church group, or work, there's always potluck parties and do-it-yourself lawn mowing, gardening, interior house painting, car tune-ups, and oil changes.

Entertainment costs can be reduced by getting the kids all gathered up for bowling, arcade, ice skating and miniature golfing. It's not as glamorous, but why not throw a potluck, rock-climbing and swimming pool party at the recreational center for the children? There's also art studios, like Go Paint, or Golden Kiln, in Golden, Colorado for art pottery painting with the children.

People who are most loving to you will willingly try your potluck, slightly overcooked, stevia-sweetened, pumpkin pies, and bland attempts at "Mexican Turkey Mac 'N' Cheese Casseroles." Since my pumpkin pies cracked  on the top, I hid that by piling a bunch of low-fat whipped cream on top of it. Hosting movie night sleepovers and having french toast, pancakes or waffles, instead of extravagant holiday meals together is best for extended family members.

With spray cans of whipped cream, all sugar-free disasters can be fixed. Plus, it's cheaper to go to potlucks during the holidays. You can just bring in Pacific Ocean Market/Asian-American grocery store deli's roast, crackling-skinned pork, cut up by the butcher, if you want to avoid cooking. Switching to roast cornish game hens or a roast duck over fresh, baby kale salads instead of turkey and ham meals may be best for Christmas. For Thanksgiving, just buy a turkey breast, instead of the whole turkey and have it in a fresh salad form. It's healthier and more economical.

Simpler family activities could be to grill together, go fishing, hiking and picnic near a waterfall. Visiting pick-your-own farms throughout the year could yield homemade dessert pies as gifts from the extra freezer you purchase secondhand for freezing the fruits, and veggies. Truthfully, it's better to visit Big Lots, thrift stores, yard sales, consignment shops, and the dollar stores every four months. Once a year, try Payless Shoe Stores for kids' winter boots, or back-to-school shoes. Their friends should ideally love them for who they are, not what brands they wear anyhow.

Ms. Schiemann, Anthony's teacher in third grade at Bergen Valley, Evergreen, Colorado had a challenged, African-American, male student. I noticed this in person when I came in to volunteer during poetry writing class time there. He had a lot of racist, Caucasian  classmates, along with a deliberately neglectful educator.

The school failed him in multiple ways. First, he was socially outcasted for his race and gender. Second, he was deliberately made more illiterate, by the racist hate criminals who favored poly-addicted, violent, child abusing pedophiles over the students and teachers with actual compassion. It's past time to gather everyone up for a class-action lawsuit on behalf of African-American students with learning, nutrition and financial challenges.

That African-American student needed a full-time, teaching assistant, at the minimum, a dyslexia, special education intern. Also, he should have had an IEP, or individualized educational plan, with at least half the school year spent in a smaller classroom, of five children, led by a dyslexia, special education teacher, with a Master's degree in Special Education. Ms. Schiemann is a classic narcisstic, psychopathic, racist hate criminal.

Next, remove giblets from the turkey, then seal it in a brining bag, with the solution, or seal it in the pot, with an air-tight cover. Refrigerate it for at least two days in the brining solution.

Afterwards, drain all the brining solution and place turkey into turkey roasting bag. Stuff the inside with fresh thyme, Meyer lemon wedges, quartered fennel bulbs, peeled, whole garlic cloves, and peeled, whole, red shallots. Rub whipped, butter substitute under the skin, and arrange fresh, sage leaves underneath the skin.

Next, place the turkey into a roasting bag. Pour four cups of melted, butter substitute over the turkey. Then, tie the bag with cooking twine, and puncture four slits, an inch wide in the bag. Place it on a large roasting pan. Bake it as recommended.

Remember to check the turkey, after it's cooked with a meat thermometer. The turkey should be cooked (for 22 lbs) at 325°F, for five hours, until it's 170°F, internal temperature, with a meat thermometer. Basting the turkey can be skipped with a turkey roasting bag. It's actually more realistic to just buy the turkey pre-cooked, and just reheat it, with children in the household.

Safeway has pre-cooked turkey, holiday dinner kits for $55, approximately. This reduces stress on the cook, and children, so the holidays can be spent finger-painting, hugging, playing board games, building gingerbread houses, decorating cookies, and entertaining them with playdate parties.

Children will get restless, if they're not taken to the recreational centers every other day, on winter break, for three hours. It's important for them to be running around with their friends, rock-climbing, bicycling, skiing, swimming indoors, ice skating, kept physically and socially active during the winters.

At night, with the cold weather, make sure to have electric blankets, and also, warm their comforter up in a dryer, prior to tucking them in with a bedtime story. As you leave their room, turn on an audio book/story for them also. "Frog and Toad," or "Ralph and the Motorcycle" are both excellent for first graders. "Harold and the Purple Crayon" is another classic for Kindergartners to enjoy.

Also, let's sign up our Laotian children of all ages to participate in free, federally-funded, Fresh Air Summer Day Camps, to learn sailing, baseball, basketball, soccer, archery, tennis, golfing, swimming, fishing skills. It's important they also have wintertime indoor rock-climbing, martial arts, yoga, ice skating, ice hockey, skiing and snowboarding lessons, as they include our at-risk teenagers also.

***Let's mentor these at-risk teenagers, by having them signed up for these activities, year-round. Remember, we need them learning Business Technology skills in year-round, feminist, I.B., afterschool programs also. I hope we can get the teenagers all typing 30 wpm, by the end of next year, Dec. 31, 2015.***

I backed my car up, and caught him trying to gain the trust of a dark blonde, female neighbor at the children's playground.

I asked him if I could help him, since Ashley was sleeping, and I had just dropped off infant teddy bear outfits and infant teddy bear hats to them. He refused to answer back, but kept staring at Ashley's window.

Ashley's father has again been sending his drunk, pedophile friends, and drug cartel thugs to try to kidnap Ashley and the little babies. They have gotten more desperate for their meth again, these one percenter, outlaw motorcycle thugs who have Jefferson District Court, Lakewood, Colorado court, and law enforcement officials in their pockets.

Diary Entry: The Dreaded Plies With Ankle Weights (While Holding Onto A Chair Back)

Now that I'm thirty-seven years old, I've resolved to do the elliptical, hiking and rowing machines again. My goal is five times per week, for an hour per session. By the end of April, I'll try adding five pound weights (per wrist, ankle) to prevent osteoporosis to that. Also, I need to eat steamed tofu, steamed vegetables, go vegetarian and take vitamins every single weekend. I better restrict red meat to one serving per month because of my age now. It's wiser if I wear a supportive knee wrap, stick to just light wrist and ankle weights, do ballet calisthenics and only try to climb stairs this year. I need to eat more fresh, baby kale salads with raw, shredded carrots, chia seeds this year, every other day.

Excessive High Fructose Corn Syrup & High Sodium

We're going to need cardiologists, oncologists, and diabetes specialists (internal medicine, pediatricians) to petition our grocery stores, Wal-Mart's, SuperTargets, for healthier pasta sauces, soups, canned vegetables, and fruits: free of salt, with organic vegetables that are more nutritious.

The problem in the canned vegetables aisle seems to be salt, high sodium levels, and high fructose corn syrup. It's going to lead to a diabetes, heart attack, hypertension, malnutrition, lowered attention span, hyperactivity and obesity epidemic.

The veggie pastas and whole-grain foods are so important for the poor. I hope they'll add organic chia seeds into them also. Can cholesterol, sodium and transfats be reduced by 75% in our canned soups? Lard is not a healthy cooking oil, nor is butter.

Organic olive oil is better than butter for everyone, but a tablespoon contains a hundred calories, I believe. Baking those skinless, boness chicken breasts with organic, reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth is best. I don't think it's the gluten, as much as the high fructose corn syrup and high glycemic index load that's causing us to have so many health challenges.

Also, it's unrealistic for me to consume 3,000 calories per day, and rely on just working out, while trying to lose weight. I'm too old for that. Now, I wonder if I should go vegetarian on weekends, to try to reduce more cholesterol in my own diet. The challenge is the high altitude and lack of easily absorbable, complete proteins, amino acids and iron though.

***See if everyone can petition the grocery stores for healthier canned, and jarred foods. For diabetics, they could lose a leg, from having those high-fructose corn syrup-rich, canned foods regularly. Also, how about providing everything sodium-free automatically?***

Christmas Charity Gifts: African Hair Products, & Hair Brushes Needed

For Christmas, there are holiday decorations at 70% off at Michael's Arts and Crafts stores. The poinsettias are beautiful there. It can be reused every holiday season also. I love their custom floral department staff in Westminster, since they've been able to create such gorgeous ribbons, for their custom floral displays, baskets. It's such an artistic gift. I still can't make gigantic, wired ribbon bows like those yet.

***Also, metallic blue, green, gold or silver wrapping paper looks amazing with peacock feathers if you're unable to tie those elaborate bows from wired ribbon. For red gift wrap, attach a fluffy, white feather onto it.***

Don't forget to give the poor in your neighborhood a Christmas holiday turkey and ham dinner. You can easily pick up a Christmas meal kit from Safeway, Albertson's or King Soopers' deli department. Remember to adopt a poor, elderly, family with children this holiday season.

Many are homeless, and the homeless, battered shelters could always use more donations. Volunteeers Of America often needs infant diapers, (unscented) baby wipes, and (unscented) soap bars. Check their list for needed donations. Big Lots carries economy packs of Ivory Soap bars, twelve bars for a dollar. Thrift stores have lots of baby coats (the type that covers their whole body, from their neck to their toes).

The poor babies, of all ages, need comfort, nutrition, necessities and joy for Christmas. Joanne Fabrics has red, felt stockings under $7 this year for your good works. Gather up to stuff them for our WIC children with unscented soap bars, kids' toothpaste, African hair products, African hairbrushes, and soft, kids' toothbrushes. Ten miles from the Ken Caryl Avenue exit, C-470 Westbound, a Missouri license plate, white SUV was criminally stalking me. Then, I was criminally stalked on W. Colfax Avenue, next to Colorado Mills Mall, Lakewood, Colorado by a Canadian, black SUV, EN 2255 (license plates on rear, white, with light blue font, possibly Ontario) and another truck with Indiana license plates (white, black font, looked fake), MA N RD, and oval windshield sticker on the rear left corner, bottom that had "RD" on it. Extracurricular Activities For An Only Child

How much extracurricular activities are too much for an only child, with a full-time homemaker mother, and an absentee father? That's a different dilemma than the average family of two point five children, a dog, a cat, and dual-income family. Beyond swimming at local pools, trips to the public library, or playing with local children at the playgrounds, there is an overwhelming pressure to have your child enrolled in every single activity, which isn't healthy, or realistic.

As I transitioned from a dual-military, working mother role to a full-time homemaker, I found social support in a group of Connecticut mothers, with children (one child was deceased from SIDS), another a social worker, and a full-time, homemaker father with two young children. That helped me to value how both my son and myself still needed to be social, with our own peer activities.

As a toddler, my son, Anthony was quite active, the most active child on the playgrounds. As he played with the girls, on the playgrounds at age two, I noticed he would get bullied by them. Sometimes it was throwing sand in his face, or rocks at him, in Bristol, Connecticut. I enrolled him in a Fun In Motion, Hooked On Phonics program at the local KinderCare, in Georgia. That helped his confidence immensely. I noticed that the bullies came from Caucasian, yuppie families, and the parents were outright racist.

There were still a couple times when I heard my bullied son muttering in his sleep at night about having to share toys at KinderCare, which was a challenge, as an only child, at age three. He became best friends with both his male, and female peers at KinderCare though. He seemed to be thriving, since he wasn't in an all-Caucasian environment, a great relief to myself also.

Apparently, the Fun In Motion program there, where he was learning basic, toddler gymnastic skills (forward rolls) included cardio conditioning. I highly recommend that program. They used gymnastic mats, making it quite safe for the children. He was quickly able to sprint up Stone Mountain Park (uphill), without stopping on afternoon, family hikes.

His favorite activity around pick-up time from KinderCare was to follow the cook into the kitchen for extra snacks. He was mastering computer skills, at age three, in his preschool phonics private tutoring, at the next KinderCare (Green Mountain, Lakewood, Colorado) by a licensed, preschool teacher. Their Hooked On Phonics, software program was impressive. Private tutoring at KinderCare was a definite confidence booster for him.

In Kindergarten, he was enrolled in private piano lessons, to help develop his self-esteem, fine motor skills, provide an emotional outlet, develop his neural pathways and attention span. He was able to play Fur Elise (by Beethoven), by the time he decided to discontinue his piano lessons at age nine, so musically, he is quite gifted.

Throughout elementary schools, he took Youth Day Team Sports Camps, Art Day Camp, Archery, Tae Kwon Do (non-competitively, without belt color pressures), Sailing Day Camp at Evergreen Lake, Winter Park Resort's Group Skiing Lessons, and a Science/Lego Afterschool Camp.

If it became too much, he had to take it in the summer times, or winter breaks, to lessen the school year pressures, since he had homework and enjoyed playing with all the neighbors' children, swimming at the recreation centers, ice skating, skiing, bicycling, bouldering, tree climbing, and going on playdates with classmate friends who lived further away.

Although, in Australia, he had five days per week of playdates, afterschool and regular, basketball activities, I feel I should have continued his martial arts, Tae Kwon Do lessons, and had him enrolled in "official" activities. He attended peer parties, dances, etc., with schoolmates, however. I sometimes wonder if an all-boys, private school, learning environment would have been healthier for him there though.

I see a lot of homeless, male Marines, Vietnam Veterans at I-25, and 104th Avenue, 120th Avenue areas in Westminster, Colorado. I hope we can get them and their children into Mercy Housing, Denver's People House counseling programs.

Some are unable to articulate what happened to them, but were preyed upon by the local gangsters. They're going to need to hire a task force of 500 veterans, in law enforcement of all ages, half females, to get them to safe shelters that are PTSD-friendly, with religious and racial inclusiveness.

Some may be GLBT, females, and minorities. Otherwise, they're going to freeze to death, and starve. The state government has to be sued for continually denying them feminist, minority-friendly, GLBT-inclusive, medical care, social services, housing and employment. U.S. Bank can't afford to house all of them with Mercy Housing.

Many disabled, female, minority veterans have been repeatedly abused, including by their own families, coworkers, and caregivers in positions of trust. I believe that only board-certified, OB/GYN, and pediatric anesthesiologists M.D.'s, and D.O.'s can give birthing, walking epidurals safely, with continual, fetal heartbeat monitoring. The issue is fetal safety, along with the risk of paralysis for the pregnant mother.

Can and should their physician assistants and nurse practitioner, midwives perform epidurals, on birthing mothers, without their direct supervision though? Also, I think urogynecologists often have to repair botched deliveries, usually from non-Cesarean births.

Cesarean section deliveries still pose a risk to the pregnant mothers and babies though. Vaginal births still include risky forceps, vacuums, episiotomies also. The forceps, and vacuums could cause brain damage to the newborn, but lack of oxygen (not using either device) can cause the same: brain damage to the baby. Some people blame the epidural for causing further complications, which can lead to a higher risk of emergency C-section.

Every newborn, regardless of which delivery method, needs follow-up/assessment by board-certified, pediatric neurologists, which often isn't financially feasible, unfortunately. Honestly, all infants at one month of age, needs a second, pediatric neurologist follow-up appointment, to make sure they're not irreparably harmed by either method of birthing, post-discharge from the hospital.

Remember everyone, those WIC breastfeeding Moms in our community will need your unwanted clothing. They need donated breast pumps, breastfeeding supplies, including many nursing clothes. Even non-nursing clothing can be converted into prenatal, nursing clothes. Breastfeeding shawls/covers are also needed.

Try to gather up with local police departments,  PTA's, MOPS organizations and contact the local WIC offices, so they can receive your donations. All the local food banks need financial, corporate sponsorships so they can feed the nursing/pregnant mothers. In order for them to consume adequate calcium, protein, and heathy calories, all of us need to mention those vulnerable categories.

***Remember, early breastfeeding offers immunity-boosting colostrum, and promotes critical mother-infant bonding to newborns and preemies. This helps the infants to develop higher IQ's, lowers their SIDS risks, strengthens their immune systems, and have a lowered risk of asthma also.
