2. Set realistic goals for yourself.
3. Be your own best friend and advisor.
4. Believe in your gut feelings about professional and personal interactions, and journal/art journal specific incidences with individuals that seem to present a red flag pattern.
5. Oftentimes, people shy away from discussing emotions such as anger, rage, anxiety, sadness, stress, jealousy, envy, competitiveness, and insecurity. It's best to write a note to yourself, even if you're in a meeting, mentally, to give yourself a more objective perspective.
6. Once you've analyzed the recurring behavioral pattern of disrespect or abuse towards yourself, there may need to be a list of three best choices you should choose from, which may include selfless intentions of loving-kindness charitable acts, and meditative/"reflective" listening skills.
Three Positive Choices To Deal With Narcissistic Abusers:
1. Avoid the individual. Deal with the fact that many people will have their own cutthroat agendas. React in an empowered, yet enlightened manner that would make your Buddhist monks/healthy authority figures proud of your behavior towards those aggressors.
2. React in a calm manner, to de-escalate/defuse the situation, even if it means apologizing and taking responsibility for other's negative behavior. Don't take most things (95% that occurs in your life) too personally. Tell yourself, it's all good, and won't matter at all to you ten years from now. Whatever others say/do to you is a reflection upon their own character and not yours anyhow.

If I can avoid eating anymore bagels, at Einstein's Bagels, perhaps I'll reach for better walking shoes to get to five miles per day of walking. I better see if I can get a used, elliptical trainer and learn those 28 ways for mountain climbers. The Schwan's mobile app with a heart-healthy meal planner should guide me towards preventing any heart disease, or cancer. My RRCC professor, who was next to my English Composition II classroom had a heart attack. Same for my Grammy-in-law, Becca Rier, in Lubec, Maine, who passed away from that health challenge.

Only salmon, sardines and boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked in water only) can happen for the rest of the year. Grampy Barney Rier even said that sardines in mustard was best, if I didn't prefer the spring water sardines. I need to just get back onto that because it has more calcium than those salmon pouches.

We need to bus the wealthiest students into newly-built, high-technology public schools, e.g. Fairfax County Public Schools in Northern Virginia. The teachers must all be, at the least, approved to teach at Harvard University. At least 75% of the children in every school need to have two parents/two generous godparents with advanced degrees, e.g. an M.B.A., M.D., J.D. and/or Ph.D.-degree holder who are their Mums and Dads.

Diary Entry: The Gen X, Women's Rights Movement:
At age fourteen, I was fortunate enough to see women as medical doctors, at INOVA/Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virginia. As an impressionable, adolescent volunteer, I realized that women were natural leaders, and involved in medical research. This assisted me in leaving behind an oppressive, Jehovah's Witness congregation, that kept trying to brainwash me to believe that females must be submissive to men.
The patriarchal societal norms also became more apparent to me, as a Gen X'er, at Mary Washington College, when I studied Jim Crow laws, the "African Athena" book, and racial discrimination, in the wake of the Rodney King beating by corrupt, LAPD law enforcement and the L.A. Riots. Now, upon reflection, I wonder what inspired me, and I realize how much Marian Edelman and Hillary Clinton's civil rights leadership has impacted my smaller, often-politically marginalized, Generation X.

Ronda Rousey On Healthy Self-Esteem:

I remember being the only woman attempting to bench press, in the U.S. Navy gym, surrounded by professional athletes in the military. My body issues are the opposite of Ronda Rousey's. If you've ever seen the iconic Marilyn Monroe photo at the bench press, you would be more impressed. I can not actually bench press close to Marilyn Monroe, let alone match Ronda Rousey in upper body strength.
This became quite apparent to the amused, professional-level, power-lifters in the Navy. Yet, one shipmate, I nicknamed "Muscles," actually took pity on me. He came over and offered to spot me on the bench press. Later on, in Melbourne, Australia, I once attempted to learn Olympic power-lifting. There should be a comedy skit about that humiliating/character-building attempt. I hope that the U.S. Navy can bring the real SEALs to Melbourne's Olympic power lifting gyms to "truly compete" on my behalf.

This may be healthier for all of us in the long run.

Great news! :-) Besides, since I wore almost identical uniforms to the male sailors, I might as well be "transgendered" myself anyhow. Upon joining the U.S. Navy, I was actually 88 pounds, aged 17, so I probably looked more like a 10 year-old boy. I had to wait a year for my co-ed boot camp, after being put into the Delayed Entry Program at 16, until I graduated high school, but, unfortunately did not really grow that much over the course of a year.
When I was stationed in Pearl Harbor, the movie "G.I. Jane" came out, and now women are training to become U.S. Army Rangers. It's amazing to me, and I am so proud of all the important, feminist U.S. Supreme Court's Chief Justices that allowed me to serve in a co-ed Navy. I was one of the fewest and first women accepted into a tight-knit, Admiral's submarine staff command.

Little nine year-old Dalton, my new neighbor, is going to attend Belmar Elementary School in Lakewood, Colorado. He will need an IEP, a private tutor whose a grade school teacher and survivor of cancer herself. The reason for this is because he has survived a year of chemotherapy, radiation treatments, for a form of osteosarcoma.
He will need physical therapy, and a compassionate, small classroom, with less than ten children to two teachers. This will require a community effort of empathetic cancer survivors who are excellent mothers from poor, Southern backgrounds.

I might try to do the auto broker route for my next car purchase. Geico, my auto insurance company, has an auto purchasing program, so I don't have to worry about interviewing, and finding an auto broker now. I still have to compare auto brokerage fees, but at least I can remember how to get my own mechanic inspection, check for safety recalls, order a CarFax, VIN-verified title search, to make sure I don't get a lemon/previously flooded car.

Apparently, Stein High School in Lakewood, Colorado is combining with a junior high school. This is upsetting to parents, as it may cause more bullying challenges for the younger, much smaller demographic. Please implement an anti-school violence and bullying program, that can teach appropriate, age-based, gender-separate, self-defense and de-escalating, conflict resolution skills. This is critical for all grades, from seventh through twelfth levels. It's best to get everyone into a gender-separate height line, so as to keep the physically smaller adolescents and tweens in classes by first their gender, then by their sizes also.

Today, I need to trip over my own ego, in order to ensure that I represent well for all female, minority petty officers. My ego's growing to match the size of my former Lieutenant's. I am fondly reminiscing about how awesome I truly am, because I was able to" fill in" for him at times. Now, the entire barrios, ghettos and internment camps I grew up in will need to become U.S. Admirals.
Everyone will become, at the least, my former Lieutenant now. I even nicknamed the baby next door "Captain Adorable." Before the end of the month, I hope we can manage to properly inflate every minority, female, enlisted sailor's ego, to, at least, apply for scholarships to C.T.U. and DeVry for an I.T./engineering/business administration degree. Once we all apply, we'll need to fly in veterans who are class-action attorneys, to "recommend" and "assist" this category become the most empowered, literate future Presidents of the U.S. We can never have enough Presidents in our country.

To F.D.A., Dr. Hirschman: Subaru Airbags For 2014 Impreza, Automatic
I don't know if my other airbags were supposed to deploy in the T-bone collision, where a driver ran a red light and hit my entire drivers' side. The driver's side and passenger, driver's side curtain airbags deployed but looked deflated. The safety glass may have compromised their integrity, because they both broke completely, including the entire rear window. The front steering wheel airbag didn't deploy at all, as it was supposed to, and the seatbelts (for small people) needs to be checked for safety also. Please check the Subaru Impreza 2014, Automatic model's airbags for safety.
