There were multiple young male victims who were probably repeatedly drugged, kidnapped, physically assaulted, tortured, and molested by this sheriff, in a position of trust too.
This isn't uncommon in Denver Metro, Colorado or D.C. The international drug cartels protect and promote them, but many other child molesters help/participate, and then are hired by people like them.
