MAKE SURE TO TRY THIS RECIPE WITHOUT WORCESTSHIRE SAUCE. FAT-FREE, PLAIN, UNSWEETENED, EVAPORATED MILK CAN BE ADDED INSTEAD OF BUTTER. USE A CORN SALSA, CHOPPED CHORIZO SAUSAGES, SERVED IN A SMALL, BAKED PUMPKIN, AND ADD FRESH PICO DE GALLO ON TOP, BEFORE TOPPING WITH THE FRIED OYSTERS. THE POTATOES CAN BE REPLACED WITH PUMPKINS, PEELED AND CUBED INTO 1" X 2"× 1" PIECES. TURKEY BACON, BUTTER SUBSTITUTES, AND FAT-FREE, ORGANIC CHICKEN BROTH CAN BE USED IN THIS RECIPE. THE OYSTERS CAN BE BAKED WITH AN EGG WHITE WASH AND PANKO CRUMBED.
