I FOUND THAT HERSHEY'S COCOA POWDER, UNSWEETENED, MIXED WITH TWINLAB'S DEBITTERED, BREWER'S YEAST, WITH A NATURAL, VITAMIN E OIL SOFTGEL, HELPED POST-RUN, WITH MUSCLE SORENESS. I MIXED IT WITH SOY MILK, AND A SWEETENER, STEVIA POWDER. THAT ACTUALLY HELPED ME RUN SIX DAYS PER WEEK, AT HIGH ALTITUDE/ IN GOLDEN, COLORADO, FOR THREE AND A HALF HOURS, WITHOUT STOPPING.***
