To All Maine Law Enforcement In The Downeast Region:
Remember what happened in Lubec, Maine during that Great Depression post-WWII, and the Great Ice Storm when nobody had enough POWER GENERATORS and prepared, adequate stockpiles of firewood (3 extra months worth) for the poor elderly who perished in great numbers? Remember how Grammy Rier told the politicians that there was a shortage in basic necessities for the poor elderly there?
