DIARY ENTRY: Waterfalls, Rapids & Quarries Vs Snowy Mountains:

There were a lot of summers I spent at Great Falls and Lake Aquitank Parks. I always miss the Quarry too. For some reason, I always feel being in swimming pools, or doing anything water-related is more natural. I preferred to go to swimming pools with my friends so much that my fashion statements were having fingers constantly shriveled and chlorine was always wafting from my hair.

To me, being in or next to water at least four hours per day, everyday was the preferred schedule. That element has changed to Evergreen's wintry snow. Colorado's hot mineral springs, and Winter Park have definitely won my heart over here. Now, everything is about snow. Besides, Virginia has gnat swarms, too much humidity and that strange lack of Evergreen snowfall, which feels more natural to me now.
