TO POOR, COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS:

IT'S GOOD TO HAVE A LOW-SODIUM V-8 WITH A FRESH, ORGANIC, STEAMED, EXTRA-FIRM TOFU, EDAMAME, FRESH CILANTRO, GRAPET OMATOES, DRIED CRANBERRIES, SHREDDED CARROTS, SWEET, RED BELL PEPPERS, BROCCOLI FLORETS, AND BABY KALE SALAD EVERYDAY. MAKE SURE TO AVOID ALFALFA SPROUTS.

FOR DRESSING, LEMON JUICE, AND ORGANIC, LOW-SODIUM, GLUTEN-FREE, MSG-FREE TAMARI SAUCE CAN BE MIXED WITH GARLIC POWDER. ADD USDA ORGANIC CHIA SEEDS, SESAME SEEDS, FLAX SEEDS AND WHEATGERM INTO IT. TRY TO CONSUME FOUR CUPS THREE TIMES PER DAY.
