HAIR COLORING TIPS:

AVOID PERMS, BODY WAVES AND CHEMICAL RELAXERS, INCLUDING NO-LYE, RELAXER ONES FOR THREE MONTHS AFTER YOU PERMANENTLY COLOR HAIR.

USE RESCORCINOL-FREE AND AMMONIA-FREE HAIR DYE KITS.

AVOID HENNA KITS.

GET A GLOSS SEALANT ONTO COLOR-TREATED HAIR FROM A PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST WHO SPECIALIZES IN COLORING.

AVOID GOING LIGHTER THAN YOUR NATURAL COLOR, BUT NOT BLUE-BLACK. IF YOU'RE ASIAN, LOOK FOR THE DARKEST BROWN HAIR COLOR. MOST BLACK SHADES DON'T LOOK NATURAL, BUT ARE BLUE-BLACK COLORS.

APPLY JOJOBA OIL JELLY (NON-PETROLEUM-BASED) AROUND THE HAIRLINES, NECKLINE BEFORE APPLYING THE HAIR DYE, AS IT CAN STAIN. USE DISPOSABLE, PURPLE, MEDICAL GLOVES FOR HANDLING CHEMICALS. IT'S BEST TO KEEP THE HAIR COLOR IN FOR HALF THE RECOMMENDED TIME ALSO.

USE UV PROTECTANT HAIR SPRAYS, AND SUN HATS, TO PROTECT THE COLOR.

USE REDKINS BRAND SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER FOR COLOR-TREATED HAIR, EVERY OTHER DAY. THE DAYS WHEN YOU DON'T, JUST USE CONDITIONER, RINSE, AND THEN, DO A FIVE-MINUTE, DEEP-CONDITIONER MASK, ON YOUR HAIR.

TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN, WITH AN ORGANIC TURMERIC CURCURMIN PILL, AND A DEBITTERED BREWER'S YEAST PILL EVERYDAY, FOR A WEEK. AVOID CURCURMIN IF ON ANY MEDICATIONS, PREGNANT, BREASTFEEDING, OR PRONE TO ULCERS, AND/OR VOMITING.

USE A CUP OF PURE SILK PROTEIN, AND WHEAT GERM OIL, IN YOUR HAIR, IF SHOULDER-LENGTH. ADD THREE TBL PER INCH, LONGER THAN SHOULDER-LENGTH LEVEL.

ONLY USE THE HAIR DYER ON COOL SETTING.

ADD TWO CUPS OF USDA ORGANIC, FOOD-GRADE, CHIA SEEDS INTO YOUR DIET EVERYDAY, FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER COLORING YOUR HAIR.
