My cat, Lady April, was a long-haired stray, with light grey and white fur. She reminded me of Chester. I used to put her in a doll pram, with a doll bonnet on her head, and walk her around the neighborhood that way, as a child. She was smart enough to stand on her hind legs, and use her front paws to open closed, interior door knobs. Chester, my cat in Evergreen, Colorado, opened cabinet doors to lay inside the upstairs bedroom cabinets and closets, in Evergreen. I put pillows there for him, since he enjoyed those places so much.
My black kitten, Becky, was adopted from the Soldier of Fortune-connected magazine people through a woman named Janine. We got her from Wray Smith's people, who shouldn't be trusted by anyone in U.S. intelligence. She had a dead cat mother, so was suspiciously orphaned, and found in a Longmont, Colorado barn, D.E.A.

Diary Entry On Skinny Cow Ice Cream vs. Cinnabon vs. No Dessert:
The problem with maintaining healthy weight seems to be (for me), elastic waistbands, because it feels so comfortable, I can easily pack on ten pounds, without noticing, and an ignorance regarding portion control (or more importantly, calories).
There are surgical procedures for medically obese people to band their stomachs, and I know people who have lost a lot of weight that route. It had a lot of medical risks, and permanent side effects for them though. Olestra potato chips (which I never tried, fortunately) were definitely not the route either. Vitamin Cottages' whole-grain crackers, air-popped popcorn, dehydrated veggies and berries were a better way of snacking.
For myself, I always know I have to try every single year, since 1996, to put myself onto a weighing scale, post-Thanksgiving. I have a definite sweet tooth. Iced Boston Cream Pies, tuxedo cakes, chocolate chip cookies, Cinnabon, and all pies need to be made with stevia. This has contributed to an annual pattern of trying to eat healthier every single holiday season, some years better than most years.
Thankfully, I haven't had high blood sugar, but as an Asian-American, I know I better try to use stevia, and try to avoid high-fructose corn syrup, when making as much of my food/beverage choices. No one can possibly live on those raw veggie/crudite platters, nor is it healthy. On a budget, I recommend those Lean Cuisine meals, but with some rewards built in, like occasionally having Skinny Cow ice cream bars.
For snacks, a mug of hot, fat-free, chicken broth, organic and reduced-sodium with air-popped popcorn is filling. Also, raw veggies and fat-free raita dip is healthy. Using water, or salsa to cook/bake the inevitable boneless, skinless, chicken breasts helps cut the oil calories from meals. Adding seafood, that's mercury-free is healthy. On a budget, in Colorado, means local, fresh trout, and I love steelhead trout. It looks and tastes like salmon.

No one can possibly live on those raw veggie/crudite platters, nor is it healthy. On a budget, I recommend those Lean Cuisine meals, but with some rewards built in, like occasionally having Skinny Cow ice cream bars.

Also, they insinuated that they should be my son's parents, not myself or his father. They promised to "take care of him." Since they had symptoms that were physically indicative of steroids, please include that in their witnessed, independently verified, feminist, drug-testings.

She had a growth on the back of her neck, like Nathan's lipoma (benign, fatty cell) tumor. It was the size of a quarter of a golf ball, and seemed to be moveable, according to herself. I saw it but never checked if it was moveable myself. I told her to see a doctor, abd get it examined, but she was very angry about that suggestion.
I don't know if it was cancer, a lipoma, or a fluid-filled/other type of benign cyst. She claimed she was bipolar to Linda, after they had a series of disagreements. Linda claimed to me that Phyllis was poisoning her. Phyllis and her were close and both were abusive towards me at that time.

I have a dream today that my son will live in a world with more Jamaican-American Mamas, like the ones who were his second Mamas, in Hartford, CT area. That morally decayed state of Missouri needs to have the Jamaican-American Mamas in charge of their law enforcement's internal affairs and court systems. Also, every Jamaican-American, breastfeeding Mama in the Hartford, CT metropolitan area must know that my only son is joining the Navy.
That way everyone will be safer from those swastika-tattooed, hate criminals within the Navy. Colorado's Naval Processing Centers/MEPS must be investigated for any criminals in a position of trust right now, by my son's Jamaican-American, second Mamas. Please bring in any racketeering, poly-addicted, abusive criminals in a position of trust from the Navy, especially MEPS in Colorado. Compare them to an innocent, impoverished, breastfeeding, Jamaican-American Mama. Look up my Litmus Test blog postings. If they're male, compare them to Reverend Jesse Jackson.
All medical, psychological, kitchen, food, waitstaff, hotel & security staff must be aggressively drug-tested and criminal background checked, if they're going to be near any recruits at the MEPS in Colorado. If they're not allowed near Jamaican-American, La Leche League Mamas, they need to be taken to a military tribunal away from the innocent children of "Little Jamaica."
Find out what happened to all their deceased/ill family members, former wives, or mistresses, if they're divorced. Do they have criminal histories, physical symptoms consistent with drug and/or alcohol addictions? What is their citizenship status? Do they come from a Vietnam War POW family, or the opposite? Have they ever espoused terrorist, Viet Cong, Communist, radical/extremist ideology? Are there any who would abuse a South Vietnamese Army Colonel family, or any U.S. Army Rangers' families? Do they exhibit any symptoms consistent with dirty bomb making/nuclear radiation exposure?
