Make sure we do a federal fundraiser for nanochip, dirty bomb-sensing, night vision and geothermal-capable, underwater, security cameras in Colorado's caving systems. The deputies and park rangers can't repeatedly go spelunking for terrorist threats. It wouldn't be affordable or realistic. Can we get remote controlled, underwater robots to install these nanochipped cameras?
