Calming Activities:

There's nothing more calming than watching the House of Representatives on C-SPAN, and studying anything related to kids' introductory programming in Python. Also, a kids' manga cartoon, introductory, database administration is probably the most relaxing subject in the world. I highly recommend the last two books. Meditation at Buddhist temples is a good way to de-compress.
