To attract more Millennial C.S.P., please gather them up from every teen dance club to participate in the pregnant preteens' and teen mothers' charitable organizations with all the PTAs, MOPs groups. They'll need people willing to distribute free condoms, infant formula and baby clothes, for Planned Parenthood-approved, GLBT-inclusive parole officers, in all the prisons and juvenile halls.
