Please, remember to report all abusers and criminally stalking terrorists though. The enlisted aren't in trouble for reporting all stalking criminals, as it's best for national security. Why he is being investigated involves multiple, conflicting security clearances with his U.S. Navy SEAL contractual obligations, Congressional/federal government probes' security clearance, and his U.S. Army one.
